Camper / Caravan Customer Service & Salesperson
Do you have an interest in camping, touring and off road adventures? Have you got experience enjoying and using camper trailers and/or caravans?
Well we have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing camper team. Showcase your passion and knowledge for camper trailers and caravans in this energetic customer service and sales role.
The role will include:
- Providing premium customer service to customers in person, on the phone and via email
- Managing the sales process with a focus on exceptional customer service and a high level of product knowledge
- Process customer orders, invoices and payments
- Managing the servicing bookings, inventory required and completion of servicing jobs
- Handling all after-sales enquiries and achieving excellent customer service outcomes when problems arise
- Action inventory orders, maintain inventory accuracy and proactively problem solve stock challenges
- Working proactively with internal teams to facilitate a high-quality customer experience
- Maintaining and presenting the camper showroom
- Supporting sales and handover of camper trailers, caravans and parts
- Participating in industry shows and events (usually 2 per year)
You will preferably have sales/customer service experience in the camper trailer/caravan or motor industry and competent computer skills. However, full on-site training will be provided along with opportunities for continuous growth and upskilling.
You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated person and enjoy working in a fun and successful team environment. You must have a very strong customer service and sales focus with exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads. Along with a proactive approach to problem solving and a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve required customer outcomes with excellent communication skills.

Camper / Caravan Service & Repair Person
Do you have an interest in camping, touring and off road adventures? Have you got mechanical or hands-on experience that can be applied to servicing and repairing camper trailers and/or caravans?
Well we have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing camper team. We are seeking a practical hands-on person to perform service checks, fit accessories and complete repairs on camper trailers and caravans. This diverse role will also support the team with handovers and provide exceptional customer service experiences to all new and existing clients.
The role will include:
- Completing servicing of camper trailers and caravans
- Fitting accessories and completing repairs
- Installing and repairing electrical components/wiring such as battery systems
- Providing premium customer service to customers in person, on the phone and via email
- Showing customers the product range and demonstrating the practical use of the products
- Preparing the camper trailers and caravans for handover to customers with a focus on exceptional customer service and a high level of product knowledge
- Managing the servicing bookings, inventory required and completion of servicing jobs
- Working proactively with internal teams to facilitate a high-quality customer experience
- Participating in industry shows and events (usually 2 per year)
You will preferably have experience working on camper trailers and caravans or in the motor industry and have competent computer skills. However, full on-site training will be provided along with opportunities for continuous growth and upskilling.
You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated person and enjoy working in a fun and successful team environment. You must have high attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads. Along with a proactive approach to problem solving and a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve required customer outcomes with excellent communication skills. A forklift licence would also be a bonus. A current driver’s licence is essential.

4WD Accessory & Automotive Fitter
Do you love working on 4WD’s and getting them ready for off road adventures? Have you got mechanical expertise that can be applied to fitting quality 4WD accessories to a range of vehicles?
Well we have a great opportunity for a skilled and passionate Automotive Accessory Fitter to join our dynamic team. Put your experience and 4WD enthusiasm into an energetic role in our highly active workshop which will provide ongoing growth and upskilling opportunities.
The role will include:
- Fitting suspension, airbags and GVM upgrades
- Fitting accessories, such as tow bars, bull bars, long range tanks, roof racks, snorkels, canopies
- Installing electrical components/wiring, such as spotlights/lightbars, dual battery systems, UHF radios, brake controllers
- Repairs and servicing of camper trailers
- Safety leadership & the ability to identify and implement safe work practices
- Reading, understanding and complying with fitting instructions
Along with your strong work ethic and keen interest in the 4WD/auto industry you’ll have:

4WD Customer Service & Salesperson

Well on offer is an exciting opportunity for a full-time energetic 4WD Customer Service & Salesperson to join our dynamic team.
If you have a passion for 4-wheel driving, possess organisational skills, and have great attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you. Having previous experience in a customer service or retail role, with competent computer skills and vehicle knowledge will be an advantage, however not essential for the right candidate. Full on-site training will be provided along with opportunities for continuous growth and upskilling.
The role will include:
- Providing premium retail service to customers in person, on the phone, and via email
- Preparing customer quotes based on customer needs including providing relevant product advice
- Processing point of sales transactions effectively and efficiently for each customer
- Managing the overall sales process through to hand over to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Maintaining relationships with existing and new customers and suppliers to grow the business and promote the ORE brand
- Liaising with internal teams to schedule and manage sales and workshop bookings and inventory management
- Maintaining showroom appearance including stock placement and management
- Participating in industry shows and events (usually 2 each year)
You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated person and enjoy working in a fun and successful team environment. You must have a very strong customer service focus, exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
